Our signature liqueur – locally foraged fruit expresses itself in a decadent sipping spirit. Aromas of marzipan and cherry pie lead to a delicate sweetness followed by lingering almond notes. Sip straight – with, or after, dessert – or try out your mixology with our cocktails.
We harvest the wild cherries from a neighbouring field and macerate the whole fruit, including the stones, which adds a bittersweet almond note. After just over a month the product is strained to remove the cherries then we bottle by hand; there is a slight sediment in the liqueur as a result, although this will settle to the bottom if the bottle is left standing.
